Contacted Magdalena to rent an apartment through Bulgarian Properties. Her communication was on point. She answered all my questions and went the extra mile. Plus, it was very easy to set up a viewing. She was there exactly on time. She showed us the apartment (it actually looked better than in the pictures). After deciding to go forward, she contacted the owners, and we came to an agreement. Everything went fast and smoothly. Big thanks to Magdalena. Miroslav was a go to agent, and he encouraged us in the process of preparing the house for the sale, and Sergey providing the sales support and customer service.
