Thanks to everybody involved at Bulgarian Properties for the easy experience of buying a property in a village near Sunny Beach.
especially Val who has been an enormous help with anything I needed to ask, she is always there with the answers and I have been extremely grateful of her. I would also be grateful of any further advice or tips from anyone else who has purchased property in Bulgaria I.E. flights/car hire/building work etc..

Thank you very much for all your help with the arrangements for our recent visit to Bulgaria in search of property - everything went like clockwork!
We are happy to say that we bought a property in the village of Srem in the Elhovo region.

We have just returned from our second visit to Elhova where we compleated our dream of purchasing not one but two properties, one large country house to retire to, the other a small coastal cottage for weekend retreats. It's a dream come true for us, made possible by 'Bulgarian Properties', who helped us every step of the way without puting us under any pressure to purchase until we found the perfect properties for us. No matter what your budget is, from the cheapest cottage to a luxury villa they will treat you with the same friendly and helpfull service to enable you to complete your puchase with as little worries as possible. We found Elvira to be specially helpful, good english good sense of humour and good common sense. All in all a very good and successful experience all round. As an extra bonus we also met new friends from all walks of life making the whole project really rewarding.
