Ivan has been working in the real estate sector since 2012, having previously been a consultant with two of the largest real estate companies in Bulgaria. During this time, he has successfully completed numerous deals and received various internal awards.

He obtained his higher education in Russia, where he earned a degree in engineering. In Bulgaria, he graduated in Economics with a specialisation in “Banking Management” from the University of National and World Economy.

Ivan has built strong and lasting business relationships with clients and construction companies, and has gained extensive experience in sales.
