Apart from the strategic location some of the other key features of the logistic park include modern areas and equipment, additional services, office and trading areas with flexible distribution of the premises, areas with temperature control, etc.

The warehouse premises in the logistic center for sale and rent must have a functional and efficient distribution, loading docks, easy access, security, limited access, fire alarm, etc.
