BULGARIAN PROPERTIES offer thousands of houses for sale and rent in Bulgaria. Usually the houses in our country are solid, made of concrete, bricks, stone foundations and metal reinforcements in the concrete. In the last year the crisis changed the property market in Bulgaria, which started a process of self-regulation. One of the results of this process is the decrease of property prices, especially of rural houses – by over 50% in a year. The process is expected to end in 2010 and property prices to become more stable.
