The construction is solid with the highest quality materials according to European standards. The whole complex is thermally insulated and has six chamber windows. The first two floors and part of the facades are covered with Bulgarian stone - Kardzhali gneiss. The sixth floor is clad in boiled oak. All stairs are made of Italian marble with wrought iron railings and wood. All rooms are air conditioned and are used all year round.

The many exotic colonnades, arches on the facade and large beautiful terraces with wrought iron railings make it extremely stylish and beautiful. The hotel complex is very comfortable and preferred by families with children and lovers of the combination of sea and mountain.
